Who needs a guest form?
If you are planning to bring a guest that does not attend ZCHS stop by the main office to pick up a guest form. Forms are due by March 16th.
Purchasing a ticket
Before purchasing a ticket for your guest, that does not attend ZCHS, your guest form will need to be approved. Purchased tickets are reviewed nightly, and if a ticket has been purchased for a non-ZCHS guest without the form being approved the ticket money will be refunded.
